Earlier Projects

* Determined an optimal statewide policy approach to PFAS, now being integrated into new legislation

* Developed and implemented  an effective public relations framework for a 2,500-person service organization

* Proposed and analyzed innovative options for improving Household Solid Waste consumer compliance

* Developed quantitative pricing, debt structuring, and reserve fund models for a major solid waste organization 

* Created an effective performance indicators system implemented productively in an enterprise fund environment

* Employed an optimal use of bond anticipation notes for a $95 million capital project

* Developed a net social benefit optimization framework at the US Federal Bureau of Prisons, integrated into budget discussions with the Attorney General.

*Extensive experience with market rate real property development, ownership, management, condo conversions, and with policy choices aimed at increasing access to equity growth opportunities for younger and lower income demographics.
